તમારી જાતે બનાવો કોણ બનેગા કરોડ પતિની રમત (kbc game)અને વિદ્યાર્થીઓને આ રમત રમાડો .
(GK/TET/TAT/HTAT/GPSCવગેરે પરીક્ષાઓ માટે ઉપયોગી )
સૌ પ્રથમ kbc.zip file download કરો.તમારા computer માં ફાઈલ ડાઉનલોડ થયા બાદ kbc.zip file પર મૌઉસ થી જમણી ક્લિક કરીને extract all દબાવો. બે વાર next આપીને yes to all કરો . ત્યારબાદ જે ફોલ્ડર ખુલે તેમાં ચાર ફાઈલ હસે. તેમાં kbc.exe or kbc.swf  પર ક્લિક કરીને ગેમ રમો.પ્રશ્નો data.xls માં ઉમેરો. ત્યા બાદ તેને data.xml માં save as કરો.

kbc ગેમમાં પ્રશ્નો ઉમેરવા માટે નીચે મુજબ પ્રશ્નો ડીલીટ કરીને તમને ગમતા પ્રશ્નો ઉમેરી શકાશે. કેટેગરી મુજબ પ્રશ્નો ઉમેરો.કોઈ પણ પ્રશ્ન અને જવાબ ખાલી ન રહે તે ધ્યાન રાખો.૭૫ પ્રશ્નો ઉમેરીયા પછી save as --Data.xml તરીકે  સેવ કરો .યાદ રાખો કે Data ને હમેશા .xml તરીકે જ સેવ કરો.ત્યારબાદ જે data.xml ફાઈલને flash file સાથે રાખો (ફરજીયાત કરવું)ત્યારબાદ flash file પર right clik કરીને open with internet explore or  firefox પછી ગેમ રમો. તમારા computer માં flash plyare હોવું  જોઈએ. if any problem contect me (9974825506) or (visit :http://dabhiraj.blogspot.in) also download sce std 9 and 10 program and other software .તમારા પ્રતિભાવો rdabhi30@gmail.com પર મોકલો

Election માં કયા નંબરના કર્મચારીએ કયું કામ કરવાનું ?



PO 1 પાસે મતદારની ઓળખ અને ફોટાવાળી માર્ક કોપી રહેશે. પુરુષનાં નામની  નીચે લીટી કરવાની અને સ્ત્રીના નામની આગળ ખરાની નિશાની કરવાની 
PO 2  17 - ક માં નોંધ કરશે, સહી લેશે અને ડાબા હાથની પહેલી આંગળી પર નખથી લઈને પહેલા વેઢા સુધી નિશાની કરવાની રહેશે. અને ક્યાં આધાર પુરાવા વડે વોટિંગ કર્યું તેના છેલ્લા ૫ નંબર લખશે.
PO 3 મતદાર પાસેથી કાપલી લઈને બેલેટ ઈસ્સ્યુ કરશે. ( મહિલા કર્મચારી )


ચુંટણી ફરજ વખતે ધ્યાનમાં રાખવાની બાબતો


  • મતદાનનો સમય સવારે 7.00 થી સાંજના 6.00 વાગ્યા સુધીનો રહેશે 

  •  મતદાનના દિવસે મતદાન શરુ થવાના ૧ કલાક પહેલા મોકપોલ કરવાનો રહેશે. મોકપોલ માટે એજન્ટોની હાજરીમાં ૫૦ મતોનો મોકપોલ કરવાનો રહેશે. 
  • ૬૦ વર્ષ થી વધુ ઉમરના વરિષ્ઠ મતદારો માટે અલગ લાઈન કરવાની રહેશે.
  •  બેલેટ પેપર ઇસ્યુ થયા બાદ જો મતદાર વોટ આપવાની નાં પડે તો ૧૭ - ક એવી નોંધ કરવી કે મતદાર મત આપવાની નાં પડે છે. અને બેલેટ પાછળની વ્યક્તિને આપી દેવું. જો છેલ્લે કોઈ વ્યક્તિ વોટ આપવા માટે નાં હોય અને બેલેટ ઈસ્યું થઇ ગયું હોય તો મશીન ઓફ કરી ઓન કરી દેવું.
  •  BLO ને પોતાના નોકરીના ગામમાં બૂથ બહાર મતદારોને કાપલી આપવાની કામગીરી કરવાની રહેશે.
  •  મતદારે જે તે ઉમેદવારે આપેલી કાપલી માન્ય ગણાશે નહિ પરંતુ BLO પાસેથી મેળવેલી કાપલી સાથે લાવવાની રહેશે.
  • જયારે તમને EVM મશીન આપવામાં આવે ત્યારે EVM નાં નંબરો .તેની બેટરીનું લેવલ ,ઉમેદવારોની માહિતી , સરનામાં ટેગ, માર્ક કોપી  વગેરે ચેક કરી લેવું.
  • કયા નંબરના કર્મચારીએ કયું કામ કરવાનું ?
  • PO 1 પાસે મતદારની ઓળખ અને ફોટાવાળી માર્ક કોપી રહેશે. પુરુષનાં નામની  નીચે લીટી કરવાની અને સ્ત્રીના નામની આગળ ખરાની નિશાની કરવાની

  • મશીન બદલવાની સ્થિતિમાં મશીનની બંને પેર બદલવાની રહેશે.
  • ૧૭- ક નાં ફોર્મ માં મતદાર પાસે સહી માટે આખું નામ લખાવવાનું રહેશે. ટૂંકી સહી ચાલશે નહિ. નીરક્ષર મતદાર પાસે અંગૂઠા નું નિશાન કરાવવાનું રહેશે.
  • EPIC CARD થી કેટલાએ મતદાન કર્યું અને અન્ય આધાર પુરાવા વડે કેટલા એ મતદાન કર્યું તેની નોંધ રાખવાની રહેશે.
  • મતદાન શરુ થયા પહેલા અને મતદાન પૂરું થયા પછી પ્રીસાઇડીંગ ઓફિસરે એકરારનામું કરવાનું રહેશે.
પ્રોક્ષી મત એટલે શું ?
  • પ્રોક્ષી મત એટલે જે કર્મચારી રાજ્ય બહાર ફરજ બજાવે છે અને અહી મતદાન કરવા આવી શકે તેમ નથી તો તેના બદલે જે ઉમેદવાર ને સત્તા મળે તે પ્રોક્ષી વોટ આપે છે.તેના ડાબા હાથની બીજી આંગળીએ નિશાની કરવાની રહેશે.
સુપ્રત કરેલ મત એટલે શું ?
  • સુપ્રત મત એટલે એક વ્યક્તિ વોટ કરીને જતી રહી છે અને પાછળ થી એ જ નામની સછી વ્યક્તિ આવે તો તેને બેલેટ થી મતદાન કરાવાય છે. જે સુપ્રત કરેલ મત કહે છે. જે મતો નો હિસાબ ૧૭ - ખ નાં આપવાન રહે છે.

  • ૧૩- A એ ઉમેદવારનું એકરારનામું છે. ગેઝેટેડ અધિકારીની હાજરી માં આ એકરાર નામું કરવાનું રહેશે. ૧૩ - B એ ગુલાબી રંગનું નાનું કવર છે. ૧૩ - C  ગુલાબી રંગનું મોટું કવર છે.અને ૧૩ - D સૂચનાઓ છે.
  • મળેલ બેલેટ પેપરને જે તે ઉમેદવારને વોટ આપ્યા પછી ગુલાબી રંગના નાના કવરમાં મૂકવું અને તે કવરને મોટા ગુલાબી કવરમાં મૂકવાનું રહેશે.
  • જે તે તાલુકામાં નોકરી કરતા કર્મચારીઓ નાં નામ તે જ મતદાર વિભાગ માં હશે તો બીજી તાલીમ વખતે તેમને ત્યાં જ મતદાન કરાવવામાં આવશે.

East Central Railway invites applications to fulfill the vacancies of Scouts & Guide for the year 2013-14. Interested candidates may apply for such vacancies after considering the following details of educational qualification, age limit, selection procedure, application procedure and other details.

Centralized Notification No. ECR/HRD/Rectt/Scout & Guide Quota/Pt.VIII/2013-14

Job Description:

 1) In Headquarter Office of E.C.Railway (Group C): 2 Posts
Salary: Scout will receive compensation in pay scale Rs. 5200-20200/- with Grade Pay Rs.1900/2000/-
Age Limit: Age of the candidate should be between 18 years and 30 years as on 01/01/2014

2) In 05-Divisions of ECR (Group D): 2 Posts
Salary: Scout will receive compensation in pay scale Rs. 5200-20200/- with Grade Pay Rs.1800/-
Age Limit: Age of the candidate should be between 18 years and 33 years as on 01/01/2014

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed Matriculation and its equivalent. Applicants are requested to read original advertisement (given below) for more qualification details.

Age Relaxation: Age relaxation is permissible to reserved category candidates as per the rules of government.

Dates to Remember: Applications must be reached on or before 24/06/2013. For Remote Areas, last date for receipt of application is 08/07/2013. Date of written examination is 01/09/2013.

Application Fees: Candidates have to furnish an Indian Postal Order of Rs.40/- in favour of 'FA&CAO, East Central Railway' and payable at Hajipur. SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/Women/PH/Minorities candidates are exempted from application fees.

રાજ્ય સરકારે કર્મચારીઓની માંગણીને ગ્રાહ્ય રાખીને છઠ્ઠા પગારપંચના અમલ વખતે કરેલ નિર્ણય અનુસાર પાંચમો અને અંતિમ 20 ટકાનું પગાર વધારો રોકડમાં ચુકવવાનો નિર્ણય કર્યો છે. કર્મચારી સંગઠનો દ્વારા આ અંગે છેલ્લા કેટલાક દિવસથી માંગણી કરીને હડતાલ પર જવાની ચિમકી ઉચ્ચારવામાં આવતી હતી. સત્તાવાર સૂત્રોએ જણાવ્યું કે 2006માં જ્યારે રાજ્ય સરકારે કેન્દ્રના ધોરણે છઠ્ઠા પગારપંચનો અમલકર્યો ત્યારે તફાવતની રકમને પાંચ ભાગમાં વહેંચીને 20-20 ટકા પ્રમાણે રકમ જે તે કર્મચારીના પીએફમાં જમા કરવાનો નિર્ણય કર્યો હતો. જ્યારે કર્મચારીઓની એવી માંગણી હતી કે તફાવતની આ રકમ રોકડમાં આપવી જોઇએ. કર્મચારીઓની માંગણીને સરકારે સંતોષવાનો પ્રયાસ કર્યો છે. સરકારે કરેલા એક નિર્ણય અનુસાર હવે આ તફાવતનીરકમનો પાંચમો અને છેલ્લા 20 ટકાના હપ્તાની રકમ રોકડમાં ચુકવાશે. સૂત્રોએ જણાવ્યું કે સરકારના આ નિર્ણયથી કર્મચારીઓ અને પેન્શનરોને મળીને અંદાજે 8 લાખ કર્મચારીઓને તેનોલાભ મળશે. કર્મચારી સંગઠનોએ સરકારના આનિર્ણયને આવકાર આપ્યો છે. એમ મનાઇ છે કે સરકારે કર્મચારીઓની નારાજગી દુર કરીને તેમની સહાનુભૂતિ જીતવાનો પ્રયત્ન કર્યો છે

ખેડા જિલ્‍લા હોમગાર્ડઝમાં જિલ્‍લામાં જુદા જુદા યુનિટોમાં હોમગાર્ડઝમાં  પુરૂષ અને મહિલા સભ્‍યોની ભરતી કરવાનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્‍યું છે.

દેશભરના કરોડો કર્મચારીઓને જલ્દી જ સારા સમાચાર મળશે

http://vtvgujarati.com/news/provident-fund-pf.jpg મોંઘવારીના મારની વચ્ચે તમારા માટે એક અગત્યના સમાચાર આવી ગયા છે. આવનારા મહિનાઓમાં તમારા પીએફ ખાતામાં આવનારી રકમ વધવાની પૂરેપૂરી શકયતા છે. કર્મચારી ભવિષ્ય નિધિ સંગઠન (ઇપીએફઓ) વળતરની નવી પરિભાષા માટે નવેસરથી નોટિફિકેશન રજૂ કરવાની તૈયારીમાં છે.તેના અંતર્ગત પીએફ ફકત બેસિક પગાર અને ડીએના 12% કપાશે નહીં પરંતુ હવે આ પૂરા પગારના આધાર પર કપાશે. જેનાથી સંસ્થા કે કંપનીના પીએફમાં ફાળો વધી જશે. પરંતુ ઔદ્યોગિક જગત ઇપીએફઓની આ નવી પહેલની વિરૂદ્ધ છે. હાલ મોટાભાગની ખાનગી કંપનીઓ ડીએ (ડિયરનેસ એલાઉન્સ) આપતી નથી. ત્યારે મોટાભાગની કંપનીઓ બેસિક પગાર વધાર્યા વગર અન્ય બાબતોમાં પગાર વધારી દે છે. તેના લીધે હજારો કર્મચારીઓના પીએફમાં ફાળો લાંબા સમય સુધી એક જેવો જ રહે છે. આ રીતે કર્મચારીની ટેક્સ સાથે જોડાયેલી જવાબદારી વધી જાય છે, પરંતુ પીએફની રકમ એટલી જ રહે છે.

આ મહિને નાણાંમંત્રાલયે કર્મચારીઓને પીએફ પર 2012-13ના વર્ષ માટે મળનાર વ્યાજ 8.25% થી વધારીને 8.50% કરી દીધું હતું. તેનો સીધો ફાયદો દેશના અંદાજે 5 કરોડ નોકરીયાત (સરકારી અને ખાનગી ક્ષેત્રના કર્મચારી)ને મળી રહ્યો છે. પોતાના શેરહોલ્ડરોને પૂરેપૂરી સગવડ આપવા માટે ઇપીએફઓ પોતાનાથી બનતા બધા જ પ્રયત્નો કરી રહ્યું છે. તેના અંતર્ગત જ ઇપીએફઓ હવે પોતાના શેરહોલ્ડરોને પેન કાર્ડ પર નોંધાયેલા નંબરના તર્જ પર ઇપીએફઓ દેશભરમાં યુનિક કોડ આપવા જઇ રહ્યું છે. આ યુનિક કોડના અંતર્ગત તમને પીએફ ખાતા સંખ્યા મળશે જે નોકરી બદલવા પર પણ બદલાશે નહીં.

વિદ્યાસહાયકોની ભાવિનો ફેંસલો જુલાઇમાં

ગુજરાત સરકાર દ્વારા પ્રાથમિક શાળામાં વિદ્યાસહાયકોની ફીક્સ પગારથી કરાયેલી નિમણૂંકના મામલે સુપ્રિમ કોર્ટમાં કરાયેલી રીટ અરજીની સુનાવણી આજે હાથ ધરાઇ ત્યારે સુપ્રિમ કોર્ટે યથાવત સ્થિતિ જાળવી રાખીને તેની વધુ સુનાવણી જુલાઇ 2013માં રાખવાનો આદેશ આપ્યો હતો. આમ, ફીક્સ પગારથી શિક્ષકની ફરજ બજાવતાં વિદ્યાસહાયકોના ભવિષ્યનો ફેંસલો જુલાઇ માસમાં જાહેર થાય તેમ છે. સૂત્રોએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે વિદ્યાસહાયકોની નિમણૂંકને ગુજરાત હાઇકોર્ટે અયોગ્ય ઠેરવી હતી. તેની સામે ગુજરાત સરકારે સુપ્રિમ કોર્ટમાંઅપીલ કરી હતી. ગઇ વખતની સુનાવણી દરમિયાન સુપ્રિમ કોર્ટે ફીક્સ પગારથીશિક્ષકની ફરજ બજાવતાં વિદ્યાસહાયકોની આ નિમણૂંક સામે અનેક પ્રકારના સવાલો પૂંછયાં હતા. આ વિદ્યાસહાયકો ખરેખર તો વિદ્યાના સહાયકો નહી પરંતુ વિદ્યાના શત્રુઓ હોવાનું અવલોકન કર્યું હતું. અને જ્યારે શિક્ષણના અધિકારનો કાયદો અમલ છે ત્યારે કોઇપણ સરકાર સાવ નજીવા વેતનથી એટલે કે 2500 કે 3500 ના ફિક્સ પગારથી શિક્ષકની નિમણૂંક કઈ રીતે કરી શકે તેવો સવાલ પણ કર્યો હતો. તેની સામેરાજ્ય સરકારે વિદ્યાસહાયકોની નિમણૂંક યોગ્ય રીતે અને એક શિક્ષકની જે લાયકાત જોઇએ તે મુજબ થતી હોવાનું જાહેર કર્યું હતું. આજે સૂનાવણી નીકળી ત્યારે સુપ્રિમ કોર્ટે આ કેસમાં યથાવતની સ્થિતિ જાળવી રાખીને જુલાઇ માસમાં વધુ સુનાવણી હાથ ધરવાની જાહેરાત કરતાં હવે નવા શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષમાં વિદ્યાસહાયકોના ભાવિનો ફેંસલો થશે.
